Hey everyone! So, I am back with a wrap up segment in this post for the month of December! In terms of reading, December was a great month where I caught up on my long TBR, especially the books I mentioned in my December Book Haul. Before I begin, I would like to mention that the wrap up segment will include only those books that I have not reviewed on my blog in the month of December and have not talked about in my December haul as well. So, without further ado let’s get started!

“Whatever the Grinch can steal, it’s not Christmas.”
Becky Brandon (née Bloomwood) adores Christmas. It’s always the same – Mum and Dad hosting, carols playing, Mum pretending she made the Christmas pudding, and the next-door neighbors coming round for sherry in their terrible festive jumpers.
And now it’s even easier with online bargain-shopping sites – if you spend enough you even get free delivery. Sorted!
But this year looks set to be different. Unable to resist the draw of craft beer and smashed avocado, Becky’s parents are moving to ultra-trendy Shoreditch and have asked Becky if she’ll host Christmas this year. What could possibly go wrong?
With sister Jess demanding a vegan turkey, husband Luke determined that he just wants aftershave again, and little Minnie insisting on a very specific picnic hamper – surely Becky can manage all this, as well as the surprise appearance of an old boyfriend and his pushy new girlfriend, whose motives are far from clear . . .
Will chaos ensue, or will Becky manage to bring comfort and joy to Christmas?

“Be someone who makes a real positive difference, even if it costs something great.”
The Kingdom of Regostia is protected by a powerful group known as the Hooded. Whether it’s reconnaissance, strategy, or combat, the Hooded have trained to be able to tackle every issue that the kingdom faces. But what they’re most known for is their use of morar, an energy that can be shaped to allow the Hooded to complete superhuman feats.
Living in the capital, Damon Red has always lived in his brother Ander’s shadow. Ander is an internationally known, twice decorated war hero and the strongest Hooded in the kingdom. Damon struggles to compete in minor league tournaments and can barely get the girl of his dreams to notice him. He wants nothing to do with the Hooded because he knows he can never live up to his brother.
But, when Ander tries to kill the king in the dead of night, the shadow Damon has lived in suddenly changes. He’s no longer the younger brother of the greatest man in the kingdom; he’s the brother of a traitor. And when no one can produce Ander’s motive, Damon must also come to terms with the fact that his brother was not the man he thought he was.

In a land without magic, where the king rules with an iron hand, an assassin is summoned to the castle. She comes not to kill the king, but to win her freedom. If she defeats twenty-three killers, thieves, and warriors in a competition, she is released from prison to serve as the king’s champion. Her name is Celaena Sardothien.
The Crown Prince will provoke her. The Captain of the Guard will protect her. But something evil dwells in the castle of glass—and it’s there to kill. When her competitors start dying one by one, Celaena’s fight for freedom becomes a fight for survival, and a desperate quest to root out the evil before it destroys her world.

Hey guys! I hope you all are doing wonderful and are enjoying this festive season at it’s best! Today, I am here to share my December Book Haul with you all. Unfortunately, during the early weeks of December, I was caught up with my uni exams so I couldn’t share my haul sooner 😦 So, now that my exams are finally over (cries in happiness!) I am all geared up to share my love for books once again! But before I begin, I would like to mention that the haul for this month is basically me catching up with my long due TBR books. And when I mean “long due” I really mean the books that I have wanted to read since like FOREVER and since not much days are left in this month, I decided to just catch up on my tbr and not add new more new books to it (nervously laughs as adding more books seems pretty tempting! 🙈).
